Brian Holley
General Manager
Brian is from Cumming, GA, and was introduced to geospatial technologies in 2000. He has dedicated most of his career to this space as a Reseller, VAR, Business Partner, Distributor, Developer, and was a former employee of Trimble Brian provides the BuildingPoint SouthEast team with the tools they need to remain laser-focused on delivering top-notch equipment, software, and services to our valued clients. He also strives to help companies take advantage of the solutions necessary to increase efficiency, improve collaboration, and streamline workflow.
Chris Dysart
Sales Manager
Chris graduated from Georgia Perimeter College. He has over 17 years of experience in the construction industry, mainly in structural and mechanical markets. Chris is devoted to giving customers the best support and knowledge on the solutions they need to be effective and efficient. He takes pleasure in building relationships to identify and fulfill clients’ specific needs.
Scott Mayer
Building Construction Specialist
Scott graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He has over 10 years’ experience in the construction industry, specifically in the concrete, equipment and cranes market. Scott enjoys getting to know clients to provide the most effective solutions catered to their specific needs. He also engages in product support, project implementation, and keeping clients abreast of the best options to create success.
Jeff Soscia
Building Construction Specialist
Jeff graduated from Towson University with a BS in Business and a BA in Mass-Communications. He has an extensive sales and construction background, most recently working for a large commercial outdoor solutions contractor for 3+ years. Jeff strives to provide first-class service, knowledge and value to his clients. He takes a consultant’s approach: learning about each clients’ business and providing a solution that is truly meant to fit both their current and forecasted needs. He enjoys helping grow his client’s businesses by helping them work more efficiently and effectively, both in the field and in the office.
Paul Osborne
Building Construction Specialist
Paul is a Raleigh, NC, native responsible for managing different areas in our North Carolina and Virginia territory. Paul is knowledgeable about Trimble hardware such as Robotic Total Stations and Scanners and our new line of DJI Drones. He loves what he does including building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and sharing what BuildingPoint has to offer. On the weekends, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, grilling and exploring different parts of the Southeast.
Luke Grimm
Building Construction Specialist
Luke Grimm is a Field Sales Representative covering the Coastal South Carolina and Georgia regions, currently based in Charleston, SC. A West Virginia University graduate with a degree in Marketing and Finance, he ensures our current and potential clients have access to top-of-the-line Trimble Building Construction workflows and industry-leading solutions tailored to their unique needs. With expertise in technology from top innovators like Trimble, HP, and Assa Abloy, Luke is dedicated to helping clients achieve greater efficiency and success on their job sites.

His years of experience have honed his ability to foster lasting relationships, ensuring every client receives personalized solutions tailored to their unique needs. Ryan Pastor
Director of Emerging Construction Technology
Ryan graduated from Clemson University with a BS in Construction Science and Management and has over 10 years of BIM/VDC experience in the construction industry. Ryan is an innovator who has a passion for utilizing technology in order to help clients succeed. He strives for a detailed understanding of what clients need and then employs the right tools and services to help clients realize the benefits of BIM on their bottom line.
Blain Vanderhoof
Operations Director
Blain Vanderhoof, Operations Director. Blain has worked in the industry for 11 years starting as a Service Technician and working his way up to his current role in Operations. Previously, Blain was the Service Manager/Operations for our sister company Duncan-Parnell which allowed him to gain valuable knowledge to transfer over to the construction industry. By working hands-on with the equipment daily, as well as interacting with customers and their operational challenges, it gave Blain the knowledge and experience to successfully operate the ins and outs of the equipment along with truly understanding what the customer needs.
Eric Fines
Training and Support Manager
Eric brings 20 years of experience in the construction industry as a designer, drafter and BIM Manager. As an Application Specialist, he provides training and support for all Trimble hardware and software such as Robotic Total Stations, 3D scanners, Trimble FieldLink and more. Eric is a certified Trimble Trainer who plays a crucial role in ensuring our customers the best support and service in achieving their goals with our products.
Zach Jones
Construction Technology Support Specialist
Zach brings over 5 years of hands-on construction layout experience to his role with BuildingPoint SouthEast, previously working with Trimble equipment under both subcontractors and general contractors. His firsthand knowledge of field challenges enables him to empathize with our customers and provide tailored solutions. As a Construction Technology Support Specialist, Zach delivers post-sales training on Trimble layout and scanning equipment and offers expert assistance to address any equipment-related challenges. His unique perspective and technical expertise make him a valuable resource for helping our customers achieve their goals.
Alex Lamb
Customer Success Manager
Alex ensures warranties and support plans are up to date to help maintain efficiency for the customers along with other customer-based inquiries. Alex has extensive background in customer service and provides clients with a personalized approach to ensure they’re set up for success.
Nick Reynosa
Operations Assistant
A Charlotte native, Nick Reynosa attended Slippery Rock University on a baseball scholarship and received his degree in Public Health/Healthcare Administration and Management. As BuildingPoint Southeast’s Operations Assistant, Nick strives to provide best-in-class service to our customers and is always available to help with any issues. He assists in managing BuildingPoint’s day-to-day operations. His role also encompasses handling flex leases, robotic preventative maintenance, field instrument services and support, and getting new gear ready to go.
